    In keeping with our family's commitment to the finest quality preparations, we set out to create and refine one of the most comprehensive shaving soaps available.  We formulated it using the finest Coconut, Palm, and Safflower Oils, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Soy & Wheat Proteins, Slippery Elm Bark, and Bentonite Clay--all blended with our Apothecary Blend of healing Botanical Extracts and Essential Oils.  For the best traditional wet-shave possible, create a rich cushion of lather using a premium Badger Hair Shave-Brush and hot water.

     

    A full half-pound (8oz/226g) of our Premium Shave-Soap permanently set into our amber apothecary jars with silver tin lid--lasts a long time.

                1907 shave

                Great smell!!! It's blend of juniper spices and other scents in a great blend.
                Lather formed quickly in the NEUMANN MUg. Lather invigorates your face and the scent lingers. Lather is good and thick without much time and effort. The scent is special and unique. The 1/2 pound will last a good long time. The jar has the Classic NEUMANN logo on it. The jar looks too good not be used for something else after the shave soap is gone.

                Great for summer!

                I just got my tub of "Signature 1907" I'm very happy with it. I've been looking for a summer scent (heartwood is my fall/winter scent) and I think this is it! I love "absolute zero" shave soap scent but the menthol's a little bit too intense for me.

                1907 does have a very clean yet warm scent. I can definitely pick out the juniper and the spices. It reminds me of a hot and dry summer night (may sound lame but that's where my mind went when I first open the tub) the soap scent is nice but doesn't seem to last on my skin so I will use the absolute zero aftershaves with it.

                Wm Neumann has THE best products. Worth every penny!

                Not as good as the shaving cream

                The smell is not that great and it doesn't have the cushion like the shaving creams they sell. I don't recommend it.

                Great Shave Soap

                I've used several other shave soaps and creams, this one is far better than any of the others on the market . This is my first time to use anything from Wm Neumann and now I am sold on their products. I would recommend Signature 1907 to anyone who wants a great shave.

                Best shave of my life

                I've only recently moved from canned goop to wet shaving, but I can safely say this soap has given me the best shave of my life, to the point that I'm questioning whether I ever even had facial hair in the first place. Great lubrication and close shave (I used the pre-shave oil, a Maggard MR1 razor, and a Feather blade).

                Also, combined with the pre-shave oil and aftershave (all 1907), the scent has lasted 8 hours and still smells as fresh as when I first applied it.
