Neumann & Co. brand product has a manufacturer's defect, we shipped the wrong product, or the product was damaged during shipping. We are meticulous with the cleanliness of our operation, and are unable to accept returns/exchanges, whether or not the claim has been made that the product(s) has not been opened.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for manufacturer's defects, wrong product(s) shipped and/or damages from shipping to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Please allow 10-12 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.
Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
All sales on brushes and razors are final. No warranty of brushes or razors are expressed or implied. If you have an issue with a brush or razor, please contact the manufacturer of the item directly.
Any packages returned to sender are subject to a 20% handling fee. This includes undeliverable and refused packages. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured USPS to insure a quick and trackable delivery.
